Safe, squishy, and absolutely irresistible
Good news — with just a little care, your Slimydotcom slime can last for months. Here are our top tips from the lab!
Why does slime get sticky? When slime is exposed to air, moisture, or warm hands for too long, the polymer chains loosen up and it becomes tackier. The fix is simple — a tiny amount of activator (like the ones in our Activator Set!) re-tightens those chains. Always add it drop by drop and knead for 2 minutes before adding more.
Can I revive old slime? Yes! If your slime has dried out a little, place it in a zip-lock bag with a few drops of warm water, seal it, and leave overnight. Knead the next morning. It often comes back to life!
How long does slime last? With proper care, our slimes typically last up to 2 years. Fluffy slimes may deflate slightly over time — that's completely normal!
